Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States & Canada. For international orders please click on your nearest international store from the SHOP menu.
How long will my order take?
Please refer to product descriptions for expected ship dates on pre-orders. These estimates do not include shipping transit times.
If we are on tour and your order snuck in before we paused the store, please be patient and we'll get it out as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Please email support@spanishlovesongs.com for help.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once we ship them out.
Can I cancel or return my order for a refund?
All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.
Can I exchange my order?
If we have it in stock and are currently not on tour, we can try our best to accommodate. Please email support@spanishlovesongs.com to inquire. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
